Domination of Google Search! (via JonathanMarcus)

I currently maintain the #1 and #2 positions in Google search for Jonathan Marcus :) Vimeo and Tumblr are obviously doing a fantastic job in SEO. Interestingly, I have a blogger site as well, but it doesnt have any presence in search results. Google does a nice job with the listing format, but I dont really understand how it decided on that portrait icon.
